FREE CONCERT

The Sinclair College Community Bands, with conductor Michael Berning, will host a pair of April concerts marking the end of their 25-26 season. On April 27, 2026, the Sinclair Concert Band will perform with special guests, the Northwestern High School Symphonic Band, under the direction of Kane Feltner, and the Tri-County North High School Concert Band under the direction of Terra Moniaci. The Sinclair Concert Band will perform works by Sousa, Ticheli, Zdechlik, Gould, and Sheldon.

One April 29, 2026 the Sinclair Wind Symphony will host the Stivers School for the Arts Wind Ensemble, directed by Ryan Griffin.

Both concerts begin at 7 pm in Blair Hall and are free and open to the public. The guest high school bands will be performing their repertoire for the OMEA State Concert Band Event later that week. The Sinclair Wind Symphony will perform works by Mackey, Turina, Hanssen, and Ives. We hope you will join the Sinclair Bands as they celebrate local high school bands with these finale performances.
