Kettering's holiday light tour is set.

Kettering, Ohio - We are only a few days away from Christmas, but there is still time to enjoy Kettering's many holiday lights. The City of Kettering is once again hosting a Kettering is Home to the Holidays program. The event features holiday light displays created by local Kettering residents. The program is being coordinated by the Kettering Volunteer Office.

There are two parts to the program. First, residents signed up with the City of Kettering to have their home or business included in the holiday lights tour. Now that the tour is set, Kettering residents can download a map of the tour's stops and visit each light display.

The completed map of the 2021 holiday light tour can be downloaded at https://www.ketteringoh.org/2021-holiday-lights-tour. Once you have the map, you can then travel around the City to see how residents and businesses have decorated for the holiday season. Kettering says that they will also be making a video of the holiday light tour. While the video isn't up just yet, the online version of the map does include photos of each property that joined the tour. Just click on the icon for each address and then click on the photo link.

If you have any questions regarding the 2021 Kettering is home to the holidays light tour, you can contact the Volunteer Office at 937-296-2433 or email Nick Sorice at nick.sorice@ketteringoh.org.

As you are driving around the City to see the official light tour, you will undoubtedly see many other properties that are lavishly decorated that did not join the official tour. Two spots that you may want to check out are the area of Kettering Medical Center and Kettering's Lincoln Park Civic Commons.
